Dr Hatish Jangwal MBBS, MD, FRACP, FCSANZ is a VMO Interventional Cardiologist at Dubbo Base Hospital where he performs coronary angiography and Coronary stenting at the newly commissioned Cardiac Catheter Laboratory .
He is an Australian trained Interventional Cardiologist with a special interest in coronary angiography and coronary stenting. His clinical interests span the breadth of cardiovascular diseases but he has special interest in the evaluation of chest pain and management of coronary ischaemia and valvular heart disease.
He spent two years as an Interventional Cardiology Fellow at the prestigious RPA Hospital where he attained the skills of coronary angioplasty and structural heart interventions. He performs all types of coronary Interventions including Left main interventions, Chronic total occlusions, Rotational atherectomy, Intravascular Lithotripsy etc and has had extensive exposure to Coronary physiology and intracoronary imaging. He performs his procedures predominantly via the radial route.
He is also skilled in performing and reporting Trans Thoracic Echocardiograms, Transesophageal Echocardiograms, Stress echocardiograms and Holter monitors.
Hatish also has admitting rights at Strathfield Private Hospital , Macquaire University Hospital and the Mater Hospital where he is accredited to perform Interventional Coronary procedures.
